Older Adult Fitness

There are countless benefits to an active lifestyle, however as you grow older, it becomes more important than ever. Regular exercise can help boost energy, maintain your independence, manage symptoms of illness or pain, and even reverse some of the symptoms of aging. Not only is exercise beneficial for you physically, it can provide several mental benefits as well, such as improving your memory and mood. Whether you are generally healthy or are managing an illness, there are plenty of ways to get more active, improve confidence, and boost your fitness. Aqua Aerobics

Designed to get you off the couch and into the pool. This class aims to increase aerobic fitness, muscular strength, and endurance.
