TRX Cross training takes the best of TRX suspension training drills and incorporates them in a short circuit style class to strengthen your core and get your heart pumping. You will get a total body workout with an emphasis on core stabilization. This is a moderate to high intensity class with options to focus more on strength versus muscle endurance. Excellent for any level of fitness.
