Taking specific intervals from the landmark research of Tabata, our Tabata Tuesday class is a cycle of 20 seconds of intense work and 10 seconds of recovery for 4-8 sets in a row. This powerful method of training is perfect way to get you over fitness plateaus and achieve the changes you want. Short yet effective, Tabata workouts do require tons of energy and longer recovery than traditional training.
