Power Lunch is a 30 minute class designed to give more bang for your buck by combining strength and cardio. Most often it uses a circuit-style format to achieve an aerobic benefit as well as muscular endurance and strength. This class works for all fitness levels by using timed-intervals and the power of your own intensity level. Power Lunch thrives on variety yet is simple and effective to complete. For the greatest benefit come to all three classes each week.
