Start your week off on the right foot with this 45 minute workout mixing a full-body strength training workout with interval running on the treadmill. Classes can include a strength training circuit followed by intervals on the treadmill or a workout alternating between high-intensity cardio intervals and body weight exercises. All fitness and experience levels are welcome to join!
