Gentle Sculpt is group class ideal for seniors or beginners that feature mild to moderate cardiovascular & muscular training in a comfortable and open environment. Gentle Sculpt features both body weight as well as dumbbell and barbell exercises with a focus on movements that promote bone density, coordination, balance and strength. All which are helpful for everyone from those interested in increasing athletic performance to those simply wishing to make activities of daily life a little easier.
