You don’t stop working when you leave the gym and neither does your body. Learn how activities of daily life can be utilized to keep you fit and healthy. In most fitness classes the common adage is that certain exercises will help you to accomplish certain activities; in this class we actually take those life activities and exploit them so as to reveal the fitness, function, coordination and skill needed to accomplish them. This class ranges in terms of physical intensity, most classes are not very physically challenging at all but with focus instead on the neuromuscular system rather of just working your muscles. All movement begins in the mind; coordination is ability of the body to follow the minds instructions. Coordination often diminishes with age but it certainly does not have to. Come to class, keep moving.
