Boxing Conditioning is a one-hour, non-contact class that focuses on the superior conditioning that is unique to a boxing workout. The class will incorporate calisthenics as well as boxing specific drills such as hitting the bag, which by the way, is one of the best arm-toning exercises. The circuits will utilize the classic boxing interval of three minutes of work separated by one minute of rest. There is no experience needed and all of the equipment is provided.
