Boot Camp is a high-intensity class designed to not only burn calories, but to burn your arms, thighs, butt, and abs down to a stronger and more toned physique. The class combines elements of both cardio and strength to only improve fitness and speed-up metabolism. Classes feature dumbbells, barbells as well as body weight exercises with some plyometric movements also added. All are welcome though having some exercise experience will certainly aid in your enjoyment in the class.
