You have to start somewhere so you might as well jump right into Beginner Boot Camp. This class is a great option for everyone. From those just beginning to workout to the more experienced gym-goer trying to squeeze one more class out of the week. Either way, the group is always diverse and welcoming and the instructor is very adept at offering modifications to keep everyone working hard regardless of fitness level. This class is in the Cambridge YMCA’s large gym which means there is plenty of room to move around. Come be part of the best way to earn a big brunch.
