Strong abs help with good posture and alleviate lower back pain can be essential for long-term health and well being. Ab-dominator is a 30-minutes class that targets the whole core region including the rectus abdominus, the muscles in the lumbar spine region, obliques and the transverse abdominus. Come for a challenging interval or circuit-style class that focuses on fatiguing the core. Exercises are variations of crunches, twists and planks. The effectiveness of any abdominal exercise varies from subject to subject depending on factors such as athleticism, familiarization with the exercises, and past or present injuries. This class will help train different muscles and combat boredom.
