Greetings from the Y! The Cambridge YMCA has been a vital community resource for over 130 years. Our blueprint remains the same after all this time; we continue to provide programs and services for people of all ages and from all walks of life. We ask for your support so we can continue to be an exceptional resource for the Cambridge community.
At our membership appreciation day this year we asked for feedback and suggestions. We received much positive feedback regarding our terrific staff and array of program options. In response to the survey, starting September 13, we expanded our Sunday hours until 4:00pm; we now offer lap and recreational swim on Sunday as well. We appreciate your feedback and always strive to offer the highest quality programming to our members.
This year was the fifth year for our Youth-At-Risk Boxing Program. Offered in partnership with the Cambridge Police, this program provides at risk Cambridge youth with the opportunity of mentorship as well as a safe environment to learn new skills and life lessons.
