Punk Rope® is a high-energy, fun fitness class, which playfully combines rope jumping with a wide variety of creative conditioning drills. No rope jumping ability is necessary and ropes are provided. Punk Rope® burns tons of calories and improves: aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, coordination, agility, quickness, timing, rhythm, balance, and bone density. Punk ropers come in all shapes and sizes, they range from recovering couch potatoes to competitive athletes.
