Aqua Aerobics is a fun and challenging workout for people of all ages and skill levels. This class takes place in the pool which diminishes impact and uses the resistance of the water to improve efficiency of the heart/blood circulation (hydro-static pressure) while keeping the body cool! Each class features cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training as well as a variety of other activities.
